Jodie
started her business, 'Armore Service Development' in 1994. More
recently, she was specifically the Consumer Presenter for Australia's
Channel Nine's Today Show. Jodie now resides in both Sydney and
the UK throughout the year and works in various consumer related arenas
including conference speaking, media and training/coaching.
Recently, Jodie was privileged to be a judge at the prestigious UK National
Customer Service Awards and she is currently writing her first book on the
psychology of consumerism.
With over
20 years business experience within Australia, Asia, UK and Europe,
a background in Psychology, 12 years as a key note speaker and trained at
NIDA (National Institute of Dramatic Arts) she is one of the most sought
after speakers, trainers and consumer media presenters.
